Aim

The aim of the project is to improve patients’ visits to emergency wards.

Implementation

One of our service designers used several methods to capture experiences among the patients. Through observations, interviews and patient shadowing, a number of needs were identified.

Results

The primary need is to get help. But patients also want to get updates and attention while they are waiting. To see to these needs, a number of improvements have been proposed.
